Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils.

Duties

Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand when necessary
Store clean dishes in appropriate places
Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe
Dispose of kitchen garbage and recycling

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Willingness to assist kitchen staff in various tasks
Understanding of basic culinary terminology and practices
