We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for a mixture of duties ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Transport food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
Ensure all items on the order are included and presented correctly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Polishing the silverware
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly
Bussing and resetting the tables

Skills

Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices
Familiarity with kitchen operations and procedures
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
Previous experience in banquet or food service settings is advantageous
Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial
Background in hotel or hospitality industry is a bonus

Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.
